Remy Takang is a Barrister and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Cameroon and a
Member of the Cameroon Bar Association.

He currently works as Legal Counsel at A-Law International Law Firm Belgium, where
he heads their OHADA Desk and focuses on regulatory advisory services in 17 African
Countries and the EU. He has a diverse background covering EU & OHADA business
law, AI Ethics & Governance, digital policy, tech policy, data protection, Intellectual
Property & ICT law, and cybersecurity.

With over 09 years of legal experience advising individuals and businesses, he is
dedicated to pursuing success for his clients and strives for excellence.

He is a Certified Chief AI Officer and assists startups, SMEs and larger corporations
with AI strategy, compliance and risk management.
