He holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from Takoradi Technical University, Post Graduate Diploma in Business Studies from Greenwich School of Management, Masters in Business Administration from University of Hull, Intermediate Supervising Certificate in Health & Safety at Work from Institute of Chartered Institute of Environmental Health.

He is an advisory board member of University of Hull Business School (HUBS), member of Chartered Institute of Leadership and Management, United Kingdom, Certified Member of Mindspace Associates, a member of Institute of Administrative Management, United Kingdom, Patron, Organisation of Women in International Trade (OWIT), consultant at Andy Davidson Associates and Greater Care Services UK.

He is the Founder & CEO, Wealth Masters Group International, Founder & Director, B.A.I Prodigy Investment Company in Zambia, Co -Chairman of Africa Private Sector Summit (APSS) , Convener International EntreLeadership Summit and Advisory Board Member, Hull University Business School (HUBS).

He is married with two adorable boys.
