As Founder and CEO of Self Search Ghana a human development firm she has developed and executed sector-specific training and coaching interventions across but not limited to financial organizations, quasi-government establishments, public sector energy institutions, telecommunication firms, International non-government agencies and firms within the aviation and small business enterprises in the United States of America, Singapore, Portugal, Netherlands, Ireland, South Africa, Nigeria, Ghana to mention a few.
Her three- decades’ worth of experience and her knowledge in International Organizational and systems development makes her keenly able to diagnose institutional misalignment from a human resource angle and produce tailor-made solutions which are systematically enduring, quantifiably evident and linked to broadened profitable margins.
Sika is a Coaching and Training Consultant for TDI Global a multi-performance management company and My3D Inc. A capacity-building and assessment corporation both based in Canada.
As a Careers Consultant, she is adept at using varied Psychometric assessments in helping clients discover their strengths and developmental needs, develop identified skills gaps, and expose clients to careers to deploy their skills and competencies for higher educational and professional benefits.
Her Company Self Search Ghana, was selected by the Ghana Education Service for 6 years to support Counsellors in all Senior High schools in 10 Regions in Ghana to provide quality career guidance services to students. As the sole Counsellor for 13 years, Sika is credited for single-handedly designing and supervising the setting up of the Career Guidance and Counselling Department of Ghana’s maiden International School –( Ghana International School-Accra )and initiating over 90% of its service provision.
Her Company is currently a project partner to WUSC (World University Service of Canada) 5-year INVEST project, assigned to provide ‘Training of Trainers ‘for TVET institutions to equip selected trainers with the requisite knowledge and capacities to provide gender-sensitive career guidance to help shift the mindset of 5000 females from ages 18-35 to venture into predominantly male-dominated professions in the selected regions of Accra, Kumasi and Takoradi.
The unique selling proposition of her company is its agility and focus on transforming lives and organizations, through a combination of specialist training and coaching tools with psychometric modelling.
As a trained Feminine Power Coach, she offers specialist coaching services for ‘Evolving Women’ who feel the impulse of self-actualization to unleash their potential, breakthrough their invisible blocks and supports them to create possibilities that anchor their success, impact and fulfilment. Her success in igniting the potential of many women has earned her the transformational coach for MTN Women in Technology for 6 years running, Coach for Absa Bank –Women in leadership and other financial institutions.
Her company has been offered the position of Business Partner for AWIBF (Awards Women in Banking and finance) to provide coaching and training solutions for its alumnae of over 200 women in leadership.
