Joyce Poku-Marboah

Joyce Poku-Marboah is a Counsellor, Social Development Practitioner and a Vision Coach. She has very strong innate inclination towards development work and interventions that impact directly on the lives of underprivileged in society.

She is the Director Of operations for a cocoa producer-based cooperative, the Global vice president of Wealth Masters Group and the CEO of Miljoy Green Ventures. She is also the gender focal person for the organization. Her work has directly impacted on the social and financial empowerment of women in forest and farm production; prevention and remediation of children involved in child labor and advising on women and youth inclusion in climate-smart agriculture. She has managed projects that has led to bringing e-libraries for development in deprived communities using the public libraries for development and facilitated the land tenure access for under-privileged women farmers. She has represented women at several international fora on same issues. She loves nature and works with local communities in interventions to mitigate/adapt to climate change.

She holds MSc. in Economics and Business Administration from Hanken School of Economics in Finland, Executive Certificate in Business Administration (Project Management option) from The Graduate School of Governance Leadership in Accra, Ghana and BSc. in Business Information Technology from Turku University of Applied Sciences, Finland.
